Taslima Ahmed of the North Bay & District Multicultural Centre sold out on
her recipe very quickly at the International Food Festival at Nipissing
University February 7. The event was co-sponsored by the multicultural
centre.
Proceeds from the International Food Festival go to support Nipissing
University's refugee students, Yves Kalala Kafunda, seen with WUSC volunteer
Lindsey Gradeen, and Vicky Samuel, not shown.
Vindra Sahadeo had long lines of people eager to try her dish from Trinidad
and Tobago.
